Family Mediation
Our initial mediation assessment meeting (MIAM) is £145 inc. VAT per party.
 
Each mediation session is £170 inc. VAT per party, per hour. We recommend booking 90-minute sessions for the best experience.  
 
A Parenting Plan is £170 each inc. VAT per party.
 
Memorandum of Understanding and Open Statement are £340 per document per party inc. VAT.
 
MIAM Certificates are £75 each inc. VAT.
 
If agreed by all parties, one party can cover some or all of the mediation costs.
 
You may be eligible for legal aid. To check eligibility, you can book a free consultation or call our office.
 
Often the first joint session of family mediation is free of charge due to the Ministry of Justice Family Mediation Voucher Scheme.
 
In certain circumstances, an admin fee may apply, we’ll let you know in advance.
 
We offer payment options via Stripe and bank transfer.
 
All of the prices quoted above are for sessions Monday -Friday during our working hours. The prices are subject to our terms and conditions.

For a maximum of three parties – £999.00 (This cost includes the mediation information meetings (up to 45 minutes each), a mediation session (lasting up to three hours), an Agreement to Mediate, correspondence, and the Memorandum of Understanding.

These costs include Agreement to Mediate, correspondence, and a progress update to the referrer. Travel is charged at 0.45p per mile. We will always try and provide a mediator as close to you as possible.
