Costs
Family Mediation
(All costs are inclusive of VAT)
MIAM (Mediation Information Assessment Meeting up to 60 minutes): £140.00 per person Monday-Friday.
Mediation Session: £150.00 per person per hour. (As part of the Family Mediation Voucher Scheme, participants can receive a funded mediation session for child arrangements or all issues cases with financial and child arrangements to discuss. Please contact us to find out if you are eligible).
Final agreements:
- Parenting Plan – £150.00 per person
- Open Statement of Financial Information – £300.00 per person (Only applicable in certain finance cases)
- Memorandum of Understanding – £300.00 per person
Please check with the mediation service whether you are required to pay a £35 administration fee. This is only applicable for cases using the Ministry of Justice Voucher Scheme and may not apply to households with a low income.
MIAM Certificate: £75.00.
If you meet our criteria you may be eligible for a reduction in cost.
You can discuss with the mediator the option of paying some or all of party 2’s mediation cost (where appropriate). This would be with the agreement of the other party.
Please note we take card payments via the telephone and online.

Workplace Mediation
(All costs are exclusive of VAT)
For a maximum of three parties – £999.00 (This cost includes the mediation information meetings (up to 45 minutes each), a mediation session (lasting up to three hours), an Agreement to Mediate, correspondence, and the Memorandum of Understanding.

Civil Mediation
(All costs are inclusive of VAT)
Mediation Information Meeting (up to 45 minutes) – £140.00 per party
Mediation session – £150.00 per party per hour (minimum booking 2 hours)
Memorandum of Understanding – £150.00 per party
These costs include Agreement to Mediate, correspondence, and a progress update to the referrer. Travel is charged at 0.45p per mile. We will always try and provide a mediator as close to you as possible.
